Getting started

Eve is an all-in-one women's health, beauty, and wellness platform — not just a period calendar. You get cycle and fertility tracking, 91+ health trackers across 16 categories (PCOS, endometriosis, menopause, postpartum, mood, sleep, skin, and more), 100+ beauty mini apps (virtual makeup, skin scan, ingredient checker, hair try-on), cycle-aware Ava AI by text and voice, a telehealth provider directory, and apps on iPhone, Android, iPad, Apple Watch, Wear OS, macOS, Windows, and web. More than 150M+ women use Eve worldwide.
Eve supports women at every stage — first periods, fertility and TTC, pregnancy and postpartum, PCOS and endometriosis management, perimenopause and menopause, and everyday wellness. You can use Eve without an account for some features; create an account to sync across devices, back up data, and access premium tools.
Download Eve free from the App Store (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch) or Google Play (Android, Wear OS). Use the web app at app.helloeve.org on any browser. Try free tools without installing at app.helloeve.org/tools.
You can explore Eve and use some web tools without signing up. For cycle sync across devices, cloud backup, Ava AI history, telehealth booking, and premium features, create a free account with email, Google, or Apple sign-in.
Period-only apps focus on cycle dates and articles. Eve connects your cycle to whole-body wellness — beauty tools tied to skin and hormones, 91+ condition and symptom trackers, Ava AI, telehealth, exportable PDF/CSV clinician reports, and true multi-device access (desktop and web included). See our Journal for detailed comparisons.

Health & cycle tracking

Predictions improve as Eve learns your patterns. Log period start and end dates consistently, track symptoms for at least 3 cycles, and tap refresh on the cycle calendar if needed. Irregular cycles, PCOS, postpartum, or perimenopause may require more logged data — predictions are estimates, not clinical timing.
Yes. Eve includes dedicated trackers and templates for PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause, menopause, postpartum, fertility, and more — part of the 91+ tracker library. Use exportable reports to share patterns with your care team. Eve does not diagnose these conditions.
Settings → Privacy → Export Data → choose PDF or CSV. Premium users get clinician-ready summaries. You can also export from the web app before appointments. Allow up to 24 hours for email delivery on large exports.
Settings → Integrations → Apple Health → Enable, then choose data types (menstrual flow, BBT, etc.). To revoke: iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Eve. Eve can read and write selected categories bi-directionally.
Core cycle logging and calendar viewing work offline; data syncs when you reconnect. Ava AI, telehealth, and provider features need internet. Anonymous Mode keeps all data on-device and never syncs to servers.
Open the calendar → tap the cycle → Edit → adjust start/end dates or flow → Save. Accurate history improves predictions and reports.

Ava AI

Ava is Eve's cycle-aware AI health companion. Ask questions by text or voice about your cycle, logged symptoms, fertility, nutrition, mood, skin, and general wellness. Ava uses your tracking context for personalized answers. Free users receive a limited number of messages per month; Premium and Ava plans include more.
No. Ava provides wellness information and navigation inside Eve. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace licensed care. For emergencies or urgent symptoms, contact a clinician or emergency services immediately.
When enabled, Ava uses your Eve tracking data to give contextual answers — for example, relating energy or skin changes to your logged cycle phase. You control what you log; Ava does not examine you or access medical records outside Eve unless you connect integrations.

Beauty tools

Eve includes 100+ beauty mini apps: virtual makeup try-on, AI skin scan, ingredient checker (21-ingredient library with pregnancy and sensitive-skin flags), look library with step-by-step routines, hair color try-on, shade finder, and cycle-aware skincare suggestions. Beauty connects to your wellness logs — not a separate siloed app.
No. Skin analysis supports self-care and routine planning. For persistent or concerning skin conditions, see a dermatologist or qualified clinician.
Yes. Free tools — skin quiz, routine builder, ingredient checker, and more — live at app.helloeve.org/tools. Full virtual try-on and scan features require the mobile or desktop app.

Telehealth & providers

Open Eve → Providers tab → search by specialty, language, or location → select a profile → Book Appointment → choose a time → confirm. Video visits take place inside the app. You'll receive confirmation in-app and by email.
Providers are independent professionals. Eve is a technology platform and does not employ clinicians or guarantee outcomes. Verify licensing, credentials, and suitability before booking. See our medical disclaimer.
Licensed healthcare providers and qualified beauty & wellness professionals can apply at helloeve.org/provider or providers/signup. Verification typically completes in 1–2 business days. Support: providers@helloeve.org.
Providers start free with directory listing and booking. Pro and Enterprise add analytics, AI profile tools, telehealth features, and priority support. Billing is via Stripe — no credit card required for the free tier.

Privacy & data

Yes. Health data is encrypted in transit and at rest, is never sold or used for third-party advertising, and can be deleted anytime. Read our Privacy Policy and GDPR page for full details.
Settings → Privacy → Anonymous Mode → Enable. Your cycle and health logs stay on your device and are not transmitted to Eve servers. Ideal for shared devices or maximum privacy; cloud sync and some features are unavailable in this mode.
App Lock requires Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode to open Eve — protecting sensitive reproductive health data if someone else uses your phone.
In the app: Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. On the web: see helloeve.org/delete-account. Deletion is permanent and removes personal data from our servers. This cannot be undone.
EU, EEA, and UK users have access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection rights. Export or delete data in-app, or email privacy@helloeve.org. See GDPR & Your Data Rights.
