This page explains how to delete your By Eve account (developer: Webb Labs LTD) and all associated data, or how to request deletion of specific data without closing your account.
Deletion is processed immediately and is permanent.
If you can’t access the app, email privacy@helloeve.org from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” We verify ownership and complete the deletion, and confirm by email.

Active data is removed from our systems immediately on request and purged from encrypted backups within 30 days. Any legally required records are retained for up to 90 days (or the minimum the law requires) and then deleted.
You can keep your account and ask us to delete specific data (for example, your logs, AI chat history, or community content). Email privacy@helloeve.org describing what you’d like removed. You can also clear data and export your information from Settings → Privacy in the app.
