Eve Health, Inc. (“Eve,” “we,” “us”) provides a women’s health and wellness platform that may include cycle tracking, educational content, AI-assisted coaching (Ava), beauty tools, workouts, directory listings, and related features. This disclaimer explains the limits of that information and your responsibilities when using Eve.

Not medical advice

Content in the Eve app, website, and provider materials is for general wellness and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek the advice of your physician, OB-GYN, midwife, mental health provider, or other licensed clinician with questions about a medical condition, medication, fertility, pregnancy, menopause, mental health, or any health concern.

Do not delay care

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or receive through Eve — including messages from Ava AI. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

AI and automated features

Ava and other automated features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated responses. They do not know your full medical history and cannot examine you. Use AI output as a starting point for learning, not as clinical guidance.

Providers and directory

Provider profiles and directory listings are informational. Eve does not endorse individual providers and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of care you receive from third-party professionals. Verify credentials, licensing, and suitability before booking care.

Beauty, workouts, and shop

Skincare, supplement, workout, and product suggestions are general in nature. Patch-test new products, follow label directions, and consult a clinician before starting new exercise or supplement regimens — especially during pregnancy, postpartum, or when managing chronic conditions.

No doctor–patient relationship

Using Eve does not create a doctor–patient or clinician–patient relationship between you and Eve Health, Inc., its employees, or its AI systems.
