How do I cancel my Eve subscription?
iOS (App Store): Open Settings on your iPhone → Tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Eve → Cancel Subscription.

Android (Google Play): Open the Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Eve → Cancel.

Web subscription (Stripe): Go to the Eve app → Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing to access the Stripe customer portal and cancel there.

Your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
Open the Eve app → Settings → Privacy → Delete Account → follow the confirmation steps. All your personal data — including health data, cycle logs, and account information — is permanently deleted from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
Why isn't my period prediction updating?
Eve's predictions become more accurate over time as it learns your personal patterns. For the best results: (1) Log your period start and end dates consistently; (2) Track symptoms and moods to help refine pattern detection; (3) Make sure you have at least 3 cycles of data logged. If predictions still seem off after 3+ months, tap the 🔄 refresh icon on your cycle calendar to trigger a recalculation.
How do I connect Eve to Apple Health?
Open Eve → Settings → Integrations → Apple Health → Enable. You'll be asked to grant permissions for specific data types (menstrual flow, basal body temperature, etc.). You can choose exactly which data categories to share. To revoke access at any time: iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Eve.
What is Ava AI and how does it work?
Ava is Eve's AI health companion — an intelligent assistant trained on women's health content that you can ask questions about your cycle, symptoms, fertility, nutrition, and general wellness. Ava uses your logged cycle data to give personalized, contextual answers. Free users get 5 Ava messages per month. Upgrade to Ava Plus, Pro, or Max for more messages.
I'm not receiving push notifications — what should I check?
iOS: iPhone Settings → Notifications → Eve → ensure "Allow Notifications" is on.

Android: Phone Settings → Apps → Eve → Notifications → ensure notifications are enabled.

Also check Eve app settings: Settings → Notifications to confirm which alerts are toggled on. If you've reinstalled the app, you may need to re-grant notification permissions.
How do I book a telehealth consultation with a provider?
Open Eve → tap the Providers tab → browse or search the directory by specialty, language, or location → tap a provider's profile → tap "Book Appointment" → choose a time slot → confirm. You'll receive a confirmation in-app and via email. The consultation takes place via video call directly inside the Eve app.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. If you signed in with Google or Apple, you'll need to reset your password through those services instead.
Does Eve work without an internet connection?
Yes. Core cycle tracking, logging, and calendar viewing work offline. Your data syncs when you reconnect. Ava AI, telehealth, and provider features require an internet connection. If you use Anonymous Mode, all your data stays on-device and is never synced to our servers.
I'm a provider — how do I get support for my account?
Providers can get dedicated support via email at providers@helloeve.org. For billing and subscription management, access the provider portal at app.helloeve.org. Provider Pro and Enterprise accounts include priority support with faster response times.
