Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Eve application or visiting helloeve.org (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Eve is a women's health application featuring period and fertility tracking, an AI health companion (Ava), telehealth provider connections, AI-powered beauty tools, and a community. Premium features — including advanced insights, unlimited history, and full provider access — are available via paid subscription.

3. Account Registration

You may use certain features without an account. To access cycle sync, health history backup, telehealth, and premium features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Eve offers free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, or via our web checkout powered by Stripe. Prices are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and the platform (Apple/Google/Stripe) policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal app usage

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Webb Labs Ltd.. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes (or commercial purposes if using a premium subscription).

7. Health Information Disclaimer

Eve provides cycle tracking, fertility estimates, and wellness insights for informational purposes only. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek guidance from a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. Fertility window estimates and predictions are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be relied upon as a primary method of contraception.

8. User-Generated Content and Health Data

When you log health data, symptoms, or other information, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Health data you enter is stored securely and is used solely to provide your personalized insights. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how health data is handled.

Do not enter confidential third-party information or information about another person without their consent.

9. Additional Terms for Eve Providers

If you register or operate as a provider in the Eve ecosystem (including telehealth listings, consultations, provider portal usage, or related provider services), you agree to these additional provider obligations:

• You represent that your licensing, credentials, and professional status are valid and current.
• You are responsible for complying with all healthcare, privacy, and telehealth laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate provider profile information and promptly update any material changes.
• You are solely responsible for your professional advice, patient interactions, and clinical decisions.
• You must not misuse patient information and may only use platform data for legitimate care and operational purposes.
• We may suspend or terminate provider access if verification fails, policies are violated, or patient safety concerns arise.

Eve is a technology platform and does not provide medical advice or assume responsibility for services delivered by providers.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
